My journey has been marked by leadership roles across globally recognized companies. At Sandsoft, my focus is on guiding the vision, strategy, and execution of game development and technologies, spanning multiple platforms and genres.

Meta: As the Head of AR/VR and Metaverse Automation and Platform Engineering, I pioneered the development ecosystem of the future, orchestrating a global function across the UK, Europe, and the US.

Electronic Arts (EA): As Technical Director for North Sea, I spearheaded Ghost Games and Criterion Studios, leading AAA titles like “Need for Speed: Heat” and “Battlefield V: War in the Pacific.”

2. Revolutionizing Gaming and AR/VR Technologies

I have been instrumental in architecting and evolving commercial game engines like Frostbite Engine, TagEngine, and PhyreEngine. My work extends to multiplayer social games like Horizon Worlds and mobile casual titles such as Pearls Peril.

In the VR/AR domain, I’ve played a crucial role in launching global products like PSVR1, Quest 2, Quest Pro, and Ray-ban Stories. My tenure at Sony R&D was marked by significant contributions to the PSVita, PS4, and PS4 Pro, focusing on rendering libraries, profiler tools, and operating system components.

My expertise isn’t just in technology but also in building high-performance organizations. I bring a deep understanding of software businesses, mobile and AAA gaming, platform development, digital monetization strategies, and ecosystem technologies.
